This is more than a good speaker stand 'for the price'... it's rock solid, stable, and good looking. I can not imagine what a more expensive speaker stand could offer. These support my Yamaha HS80M monitors perfectly and look damn good. The included carpet spikes keep them where they are intended to be. Enough said, but....

I'm so frustrated with the price of speaker stands for my home theater speakers, I am going to buy 4 more of these and put them in my living room. Yes, they look that good and are stable enough for any bookshelf speaker. There's just no other speaker stand in home audio or pro audio that can compare for this price.
