I'm now a believer. I added some supplimentary smaller monitors to my mixing setup, and had them directly on my desk. The resonance was awful. So I sprang for the Mopads, and as soon as I tried them on the smaller monitors I was amazed! They sounded like completely different speakers altogether. In the end I rearranged the foam pieced and used the main supports for my large monitors and the extra wedges for the smaller pair. The angles they offer are perfect, and I'm still in awe of the clearity they revealed in my system even though my mains were already on isolation stands.

They do as they say, overall everything sounds less muddy. As a bonus the extra parts for the tilt options worked as a flat pad for my sub woofer!

I had problems with bass from my monitors traveling down into my desk. I bought these and they did the trick. There may be cheaper or craftier ways to solve the issue, but all I'm saying is these Auralex pads work as advertised as well as give you the option of safely tilting your monitors in a certain direction if needed.
