These Strings are Incredible. The Black Diamonds are the best strings I have Played with. They Have an extremely rich sound, and they last a long time. Only thing that I don't like I'd that the black coating starts to wear off after awhile. That being said they still blow every other string out of the Water. I highly Recommend these. you won't can't go wrong with them.

I bought these strings on a whim just cuz i thought black strings would look cool, but after i strung my bass i was blown away at the sound they made! They make a nice bright sound and they feel great on the fingers. The coating makes for fast fret work and quick slides. Price is steep but WORTH IT! I did an over-haul on my first bass (Aria Pro II) and these strings are what made the difference. I've used Peavey, Epiphone, and Fender strings and nothing compares.

My one qualm is that these strings constantly snap in half on me. Never had a problem with other brands breaking. However, i can't bring myself to buy anything else because the tone from these strings is unbeatable.

Yeah they're expensive, but these are absolutely the best string I have ever used. I used D'addario strings but these blow them out of the water! Use this with a distortion pedal and you have a real bass guitar!

Hands down the best strings I have used. They sound great. But what sold me is how great they feel. Spendy but they last forever.
