Three years and still going

I've been playing guitar for 14 years (12 years on bass). For a long time, I was going to my local music shop every year (or 2) to buy your basic cheap cables. They would range from Fender, Peavey, to even the stores own cables. It got to the point that I wanted to buy some guitar cables that were going to last me for a while and or (even longer) and was looking to spend around $100.00 for at least two cables (I run effects in between).

Many people were telling me, "Go with Monster Cables!" but I was very skeptic about Monster. Basically, Monster, Planet Waves, George L's, Mogami, and Core X2's didn't appeal to me. Then looking at one of my friend's guide, I saw "Bullet Cables." At that time, nobody was pushing them at that time. I took the plunge and decided to get the straight Silver Bullet Cables (the 12 footers) and see what happens.

The results: Amazing! The cables were a major quantum leap from the cheap cables. They're very durable, thick and cool looking, especially the bullet casings! And they sound great!

I've used them for three years and no problems whatsoever. Would I buy them again? In a heartbeat. But I might want to try the coil cables next.

15 minutes til silence

this is a very crappy cable, i played with it for about 15 minutes during my bands warm up before a gig and it shorted.in theory this is a great cable, but the most important thing a cable has to be is durable in the jacks, sure a cymbol will chew up a normal cable, but a normal cable wont short in a few minutes of normal play, i suggest anyone who is needing a new cable, either buy a monster, or buy several cheap musicians gear cables which last a few months or so, and are easily repaired. overall this item is just a gimmick dont even think of buying it.

I needed a new cable, and I was gonna get monsters, but then I saw this 1, and i knew I had to get it. it looks great with the snakeskin cover and bullet shells, and it sounds good. The only thing I don't like is that it gets tangled easy and duznt straighten out easy. Its a bit stiff from the coating, but other than thats its great.

i bought this cable in the 25ft version, after one band practice this cable was shot, all it took was one accidental step on it and it shorted in the tip, which is full of plastic and hard to fix.

overall i loved the sound this cable gave me for the short time it worked, but is not good for anything but connecting pedals to amps

Hands down the best cables around. They are tough as nails, don't interfere with your sound, and look killer to (what looks more metal then bullets?). Plus, can you really beat such quality for such a price? I don't think so. Lock on load with your guitar and Silver Bullets cables today. You will not regret it.
