I used Ernie Balls for 15 years, I switched to D'Adario about 5 years ago. These truly are the best strings on the market for the price. Obviously the Elixirs are very nice but, I do not like to pay $13 for one set of strings. I am very picky with my guitars and I wash my hands before I ever touch them and with that these strings cleaned after everytime you play your axe will last between 80 and 100 hours, but are still clean when you take them off. They are smooth, the intonation is spot on, and they have a great all around tone. Oh yes, and you can bend the crap out of them. Thank you D'Addario!!!

These are my favorite electric guitar strings. I've tried various brand's and gauges including, DR, Ernie Ball, Elixir, Dean Markley, GHS. These are the best!! I will never use anything else, D'Addario's just fell right!

I just bought these strings and I am very impressed. They have a very natural tone and a great feel. I would recommend buying these. But they are a little brighter than most stings, so you might have to turn the treble down on your amp to compensate.

I only use these strings. They last so long, and their tone is so bright and crisp. Really good for any playing style or genre. I play about non-stop, from sunrise to sunset, and each set usually lasts around a month to a month and a half. I can't think of any other strings that last longer and have better tone. If you wanna be serious about your music, D'Addario is the way to go.

I've ordered the ten pack of these strings 6 times now and each and every time they were superb. It doesn't matter what guitar you put them on, they sound great. Plus, the color coated ends make it hard to confuse which one is which. They come in a plastic bag which keeps them as fresh as the day they were packaged, making them last longer. I estimate the life span of these strings are about 80 hours of actual playing time. which is very long. The only ones that will last longer are elixirs but I figured that for the same price, I get three sets of these. Overall, they are the best deal on amazing strings anywhere.
