I was inspired to get DR strings after reading that they were voted number one strings in Bass Player Magazine and decided to get Bootsy's because he's a bad a$$. These are so much better than any other brand of string. The strings are real good for slap and just sound so amazing. I can't really describe how good they sound. I'm going to also try out some LO RIDERS and maybe HIGH BEAMS. GET THESE STRINGS.

These things sound so clean, angry, fierce, mellow and heavy all at the same time. I honestly don't know how that's possible. These strings are a very important element to my sound and I would never go back to anything else. The tone lasts a very long time. They still sound new even after months and many gigs. Perfect for metal, funk and everything in between. I'm always being asked what kind of strings I use and I'm proud to say the Bootzillas baby.

These are great strings. I'm very picky on my strings. I use them on a rickenbacker 4003. I play very hard so when I use strings like ernie ball or d'addario I have to restring after every gig. These strings have serious tone and last up to everything well.
