I finally got the nerve up to install my Barstow, and boy am I glad I did it sounds great in my Takamine 12 string. It's crisp clear I feel like I'm playing a new guitar, Just because it sounds so good. No dead strings everything comes through loud and clear. I recommend it, more bang for the buck.

Please bear with me since I have only had a guitar for a year now. I found the installation of this pickup to be intimidating at first, however after completing it it was nothing. Took about 1 hour from start to re-tuning. My only complaint with the pickup is that it is so quiet I have to turn the gain up on my amp, and then it looses it's acoustic sound. If I wanted electric guitar sound I would have just played my electric. I think I can mess with the amp and get a halfway decent acoustic sound out of it.
