i bought this pot along with a dimarzio push/pull pot. i was going to install this pot in place of my old one, on a schecter gryphon, and it was to big. it didnt fit throught the hole. wierd that they would make different size pots from other manufacturers. the reviewer before me said that this turns super smoothly, well my didnt turn smoothly, feels like not enought grease inside it. also turns waaaaay to fast, but i guess that a matter of preferance.

Even though this one's a little pricey, it's worth it. It's got a super smooth spin to it and that's what I like. During quick pick-up changes/volume swell maneuvers, I don't want a pot I gotta fight with. It also has a nice GRADUAL taper. None of that no signal all the way down, then half-signal at position "1". I got some ALL PARTS pots previously and after I was done soldering them in, I had wished I just left in the original ones. I was not let down at all by the DiMarzio. If you're into the whole VH "Cathedral"-type of swell moves, this is the pot to get! I'm writing this cause I saw the link to do so and I'm about to buy another one! Tip:don't inhale the smoking solder or flux, you'll get dain bramage. And have fun, that's important.
