This stuff does give a very nice shine. I wrote to the Dunlop company to ask if it contains silicon and they wrote back saying: "Yes, Formula 65 does contain a very small amount of silicone. The overall amount is less than 2% of the overall content. If you are going to use the product, please be advised of the following: If there are any cracks, chips and or checking do not spray the polish directly on the finish. Doing so will cause the polish to get under the finish." This info should of been on the label. I don't want to use it now. I've tried to finish guitars that have been polished with silicon in the wax and it's too much trouble to get the paint to stick.

I have just purchased a bottle of this stuff. I didn't know what to expect from it because I had never even heard any one talking about it. I just got a vintage gibson and it had not been cleaned in a while....I rubbed it on and it had it looking new. I could even see my own reflection in the finish. I would highly recommend this product! Great Value!

I bought this a few days ago, and it's pretty da*n good! I was looking for the gibson polish but a guy at the store said this was the best they had. Don't hesitate! pick up a bottle, or you'll regret it!

This stuff is awesome... I use it before every gig and it keeps my guitar looking great without damaging the finish. Excellent job Dunlop.
