These area top notch for electric guitar. Wanted to let you know what the difference between black and red are. The black are stiffer. Both are stiff, but can be bent a little. The Red are a tad thicker and bend a tad easier.

Both last a long time. As far as sound goes: the Red gives a more smooth pick and the Black gives a more pronounced pick. Black has a bit more trebble coming through each notes pick.

The Pick Hunt Stops Here!!!

This is without a doubt THE BEST pick I have EVER used!!!

It's sharp and pointed enough to cut a person with, making it GREAT for high speed picking...but it's much larger and easier to hold on to than a Jazz Pick.

The raised lettering also make it easier to hold on to.

It's as stiff as a board, and the material it's made out of is as hard as diamonds.

I ordered a 6 pack of these picks about a month ago...and even though I play for a few hours everyday...I'm STILL using the first pick I pulled out of the pack!!!

Not to mention, it looks like I've never used it!!!

If you want a good stiff sharp pick that is easy to hold on to and lasts forever....THIS IS YOUR PICK!!!

The Greatest Pick I've EVER Used!!!

I have been playing guitar for about 17 years. I have used every pick under the sun, and have NEVER been completely satisfied, UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS PICK!!! While I play most every style, I'm primarily a lead player, and do a lot of "Shredding" in the metal style. I've always wanted a good sharp tip, stiffness, and what I call "Holdability" in my pick, but have never found all these features in a single pick...until now. These picks are sharp enough to cut someone with, stiff as a board, are full sized, and have raised lettering which makes holding on to them a breeze. I recommend this pick very highly!!!

Well I'm still getting used to this pick but I really love this thing so far. What i didn't like about the normal Jazz III was that it was too small and this solved the problem. Like the description says, you get the same tip (from my experience, the same amount of tip shows when you hold it) just more area to hold onto, making it MUCH easier to play chords aggressively without having to worry about it falling out of your hand. It feels clunky at first but give it some time and you'll learn to use it to it's full abilities. It's thick, but not so much where it feels like a plank. It's got good grip and fits comfortably in your fingers. Its a bit pricey, but they don't wear down much at all so it evens out. Try it for yourself, you'll find that its a nice upgrade for those of you who feel the Jazz III could be a little bit bigger.

I love this pick. Its the only one ill use. The only thing is they are so hard to find, since I can't find many they tend to wear down a lot and become hard to use. So buy them in bulk if you find them.
