Ive used these picks my whole guitar playing career. Thats about 2 years of intense playing. i play non stop with these picks. they do tend to slip in your fingers a bit but they get a good sound and they have a good feel.

xl VS regular

I see a lot of people saying to get the XL version of this pick if you have bigger hands, but let me tell you... I started out on guitar using this pick and have used nothing but this pick since then. I have monstrous sized hands, and this baby is absolutely NO PROBLEM for me at all. It actually helps my picking speed when soloing because less of the tip is exposed and makes it almost impossible to get caught in the strings when doing sweeps and things of that nature. The red has a more shiny coat on it and gets slippery when you get sweaty playing live, the black works just fine in any situation and never loses its grip. I have owned the same several picks for about 4 years now, playing guitar ~3 hours a day, live shows and etc., and they still work fantastically. Sure, they get smaller as time goes on, but you get adjusted quickly.

To say in conslusion, if you have big hands like myself, DONT BE AFRAD TO TRY THIS PICK! I guarantee you your shredding will improve if you use the smaller pick.

The best picks you can get

After using these picks for a few months, I find it hard to go back to the regular old fender medium. These things are much more than that thin, worn out piece of plastic in your hand. They're really what you'd call plectrums; And they certainly perform their function very well.

this is a great pick for any type of music genre. it is small for fast alternate picking, they are thick so they don,t break easliy, and they are just flexible enough you dont break your strings. 1 bad thing is when your hand sweats the pick may end up sidways in your hand

Best picks I have ever used

I switched to these picks a couple of years ago, and these are the best ones i have ever used. I got them in red so i can see them better when i drop them, and yes you will occasionally drop them because they don't adhere to your fingers well. The size is great for me because i have small hands. Tone wise they are fantastic and are very accurate and clean sounding when it comes to playing really fast.
