The EMG-T is a two-pickup replacement system for Telecaster guitars. Designed with Alnico magnets, the EMG-T puts the EMG fullness and broad bandwidth into the Telecaster that it never had. The rhythm pickup (EMG-FT) has an outstanding reputation among all EMG pickups. All the elements are in the right proportion: magnet choice, coil size, amount of turns, and good luck have given the EMG-FT the sweetest sound of any EMG. Each of the EMG-T guitar pickups are fully noiseless without the typical hum, buzz or microphonic squeal.

The EMG-RT bridge pickup is much larger so its qualities are quite different than the FT. The EMG-RT has a fatter sound yet still has that familiar bite and clarity for that classic Tele tone.

The power you get out of these is outstanding. You lose a little twang but not enough to kick these out of the running. If you use overdrive they are fantastic, clean sounds are also great (very sweet). Every note is incredibly clear and focused. I have a MIM Tele and it makes it sound worth tons more, I would not consider buying another tele after these pickups.

I bought these pickups for a partscaster I have been assembling. I was very happy to see there was a prewired harness included and the outstanding EMG plug system. Please note: you will need to solder 5 connections. These pickups have classic tele tone with a little extra power.

I put the EMG alnico Tele set into a Warmoth Tele I built, hollow mahogany body, maple cap with one F-hole. Beaultiful clean tones with, of course, NO NOISE. That's what you'd expect.

The real kicker is how they sound with distortion! Any good Tele sounds killer through my tweed BandMaster, but single coil noise through these old noisey amps can make them unuseable for studio work. These EMGs SING through tweed gain. I played them through my pal's Mesa Trem-o-Verb. OMG!?! They make me a better player

I really love the Noiseless eliment. It is really that awsome and noiseless. Have it in my Fender telecaster standard (MIM) it gives alot better bite and a great HOT HOT HOT tones. Good for all styles also resists feed back.

These are great replacement pick ups for your tele. Full and warm tone but still got that classic tele twang and tele style tone with extra harmonics and boost.
