Just loaded this baby into my Fender 25R last night and what a difference. The stock speaker sounded very thin. This speaker brought the amp to life. The cleans have a deeper vibe to them with out losing any high end clarity. I have a Boss DS1 in front along with a Boss OD pedal. The stock speaker did ok, but the bass started to vanish if the volume went up. No loss in tone or bass with this speaker. It makes my little 25 watt solid stater sound great. Due to the magnet size and strength I do get a slight hiss from the amp, but no big deal. When you buy a solid state amp you just know that you are gonna get some type of amp noise. I played more expensive Marshall solid staters that gave off alot more noise then this little Fender. Overall this is a great upgrade for your amp. It makes my basement jamming 25 watter sound fabulous.

I had a Fender Super Champ XD, which have cheap little stock speakers. I knew the amp could sound better, but didn't want to buy a 1X12 cabinet. I read that this speaker made a great improvement, but when I put it in, I heard an astounding improvement. The 30oz magnet on the ragin cajun weighs about as much as the whole fender "special design" speaker and assembly. It adds clarity to every part of the spectrum and makes a tighter bass and crisper highs. It makes some of the amp voices on the second channel much clearer and more accurate to the style of amp their modeled after. This speaker is probably the best 10" speaker you can get for this price, and i don't usually like saying the "best for the price"

Just got the Superchamp XD amp. It did not sound as good as I'd hoped. I found many online reviews of people pointing towards changing the speaker... specifically using the Ragin' Cajun. So, after a week of disliking the XD, I ordered the RC. This morning, I worked up the gumption and replaced the speaker myself.

The result: the amp sounds tremendously better. Do this and you will be much satisfied!

I replaced the Jensen in a new Princeton Reverb with this speaker. It put new life into the amp. Lots more headroom, clean louder sound. The stock speaker turned to mud at 4 volume. This baby makes your ears ring. Nice breakup tone when pushed. Can now use the amp playing out with a combo.

I decided to buy the “Ragin’ Cajun” to replace the stock 10" speaker in my Fender Champion 110. A big improvement in overall sound and tone. This little 30 Watt Amp now sounds and feels like a 50 watt, thanks to the “Ragin’ Cajun.” Great Speaker, at a great price.
