I have had nothing but bad luck with ernie ball. On both electric and acoustic guitar. They either wear too fast or break. Just recently I purchased these & strung em up only to have the 3rd string break during tuning. I never even got to strum it.

These strings break way to easily. My 3rd string broke after having them on for only 3 weeks. I didn't even play the night before either!!!

If they had the same sound as the D'Addario EJ26's, these would be my fav's. I love the .50 (vs .52 on the EJ26), but the sound just isn't QUITE the same.
