Decent but not great

I put a set of these on my Taylor and they were ok. I wanted to see how they sounded compared to the Elixir strings I had been using. I did not like them as well in sound or feel. Like I said they are fine but not as good as Elixir.

I threw a set of these on my Yamaha FX335 to replace the dead factory strings, and they sound pretty good. I think it's a bit to warm for a spruce-top guitar (maybe good for a Mahogany) but I like the sound nontheless. I did break the 16 Gauge when I was changing out strings, but that's my fault, not the string's.

Bottom Line: Full, Rich, Warm Tone + Coated for a nice to the touch feel.
