I have searched for strings that hold up and also keep their tone. The sweat from my hands will go through a set of reg. Strings in 1 night. I have tried all the others and Ernie Ball has been the best for me. The gauge of the strings are just unique enough to satisfy my personal needs. I would tell any friend to check these out if you are looking for coated strings that has some sing to them!

Because of a skin condition I have to use coated strings, I have used Elixirs for years and did not like the way the fuzzed up. I have tried several other brands from DR coated to Stainless steel and did not like any of them. I put a set of these on my guitar and man what a differance compared to the others, nice bright clean tone, very little string squeeking. It has only been two weeks now so I am not really sure if they will last longer than other coated strings but the titanium coating does not flake or chip like some of the others I tryed.
