I have been playing guitar for the better part of a decade, and just like Slash, AC/DC, Avenged Sevenfold, and countless others, these are the only strings I play. I have had a set on my Ibanez RG350MDX for over a year without breakage, or even much tonal fatigue. And trust me, I am not nice to strings. I change my strings when I notice playablilty or tonal issues, and there are neither with these. Trust me, you will NOT regret playing these

i have once made a set of these strings last two years!! if coarse i had to change the low e, a, and d strings cause after two years, they loose their ring. haha But they sound great and last a long time of heavy use. but if you play in droped d,(which i do almost constantly) the low e string gets a little fret buzz. so i just raised my bridge a couple turns to fix that. overall, they last long, sound great, and have a great action.

I play a Fender Tele. I do a lot of string bending in country music. I have tried other strings and always come back to Ernie Ball 9-42's. They are the best. Won't try anything else again.
