Ernie Ball Titanium Reinforced Coated Electric Strings combine the latest technological advances in string manufacturing. All wound Ernie Ball Slinky guitar strings are treated with a micro-thin layer of enamel that prevents decay and corrosion up to five times more than uncoated sets. In addition to treating the wound strings, Ernie Ball has taken it a step further by reinforcing the plain strings with a patented winding of titanium wire.

Titanium's inherent strength prevents string breakage, string slippage, and is proven to keep your strings in tune better than conventional plain strings. Ernie Ball Coated Slinky strings maintain the feel and sound of uncoated sets, combining the added protection with the vibrant tone Ernie Ball customers have relied on for over 50 years. Perfect for those who want to avoid guitar string breakage.

These have great sound and seem to last a lot longer than nickel plates but the wrapped strings seem to be a little sticky on the fingers so you hear a little more finger movement then normal. Overall they are a good buy if you can get past the enamel coating being a little sticky.

Bought these awesome cheese cutters for my ESP Eclipse and have never been more shocked in the difference between regular slinkys. Sharp cutting tone, tough as nails when it comes to bending, keeps string dulling at bay for what seems 3 times longer, BUT still gives you that rumble a guy needs for heavy rocking. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for great quality/priced strings.

These strings are bad**s, one day I decided to try these strings out because I had heard that they last way longer than the regular power slinky. There twice as expensive but they are well worth the money. I have had these strings for four months and I play everyday for at lesast two hours. They also have the perfect guage for drop d and there not so bad for drop c either. If you play in those tunings or just standard tuning these are the strings for you!

I find these strings just as advertised. My main guitar is a Fender American Special Strat. My experience has been the strings feel good, sound great and last a long time. I really like these strings.

Fantastic strings, a little warmer than uncoated slinkys, but still have great snap and bite to them. Tuning stability is great on these, and plan on putting these on all my guitars.
