I had a piece of drumstick as my keychain and a drumkey on my keychain...I've replaced both with this.

It seems very solid and is quite handy - also has a quick release so no more annoying "trying to tune with keys whipping around".

I like it a lot.

The big thing about this drum key is, of course, it's convenience. it's small tube that isn't bulky on a key ring. it's simple to use, and simple to detach from the key ring. But my key ring piece ended up breaking after a couple of months. So if I take it with me anywhere, I'll end up losing it. An amazing thought, but if you wear your keys on a belt loop, think agin about getting it.
