I used to use Dunlop Gator Grips but got a few of these because, honestly, they looked cool. That was about 5 years ago. These picks are great! Besides the obvious occasional thin gauged ones, I have never broken any of them. One time my dog got a hold of a medium and just kinda chewed it up, but couldn't break it.

And as far as the logo screen printed on them, I am sure that I could find a pick from years ago that can still show the logo and palm tree. Besides, if one should happen to rub off, who cares? Did you buy it to look at it? Come on, people.

Obviously some of the people leaving reviews were not as happy as I am with them, but I imagine they are either amateurs who are beating their picks to death or they just don't understand what gauge they need to be playing with. I have some of all the gauges and I switch, depending on the style.

Great Pick For Anything

I hope Fender Guitars never stops making these. I finally have a guitar pick that does what I want it to, and not what it wants - like every other pick on the market. It doesn't get caught up in the strings, yet it has a firm yet appropriate flex. I use the THIN (Surf green) and I'm able to play Speed Metal, Punk power chords, Shred, and soft intricacies - at at any given point in time!

Most people say these picks 'suck', but if you have varying dynamics to your playing, you are able to keep these picks both intact and preserve their lifespan. I can play for an hour full tilt and the THIN pick barely shows any wear whatsoever! And the grip is stupendous; I don't need to adjust the pick anymore - because it just stays in place. Kudos.

Last but not least is the California cool "Palm tree" graphic; combined with the cool colors, it makes one feel spiffy when you're getting set jam - and that makes ya play better - with also knowing your pick can withstand some heavy abuse, contrary to popular belief.

Buy, buy, buy!

The Mediums are AWFUL

These picks were good until I took them out of the package. They are slippery, cheap and overall a waste of money. I liked the fender logo with the palm tree, it was catchy, made me feel happy inside and I was ready to play. Then the print faded off after the second song. Started to slip after the 3rd and was broken by the 5th. I thought it was a fluke. I grabbed another one. Same story. None of the Mediums I used lasted more than 5 songs. Don't waste your money.

Decent Picks

A friend gave these to me and they aren't too bad. I have the blue, thin picks and I have found that they tend to bend a lot and do not last very long. Since they have no grip, they also tend to slip around and are hard to gain control of.

Heavy Gauge Picks Ok Medium or Thin Caution

The Heavy Gauge Fender 351 picks aren't so bad. But unless you have a dozen or so of medium or thin gauge picks, take care since they are prone to breaking rather fast, especially if you are a hard strumming pick player.
