Compact and easy to haul, occasionally you will need to tighten the hardware to keep enough tension in the joints to stay put once it is unfolded. Also has a tendency to tip over if you are not careful about removing your guitar from it and the strap catches the top t-bar. I deal with it happily because they are compact and can hold any type of guitar.

I bought this one instead of the electric stand, because it felt more sturdy than the electric one. With the larger arms, it's got more of a margin that it can hold with good balance. The thing is black, so you have to be careful not to step on it when it's setting on dark carpet (which I've done countless times now. It's been kicked and stepped on, and it's held up great. I have dark navy carpet in my room, so when I come in and am not thinking of it I'll stumble all over it. So...very durable. It also is very versital because it can hold either electric or Acoustic. I'd recomend this stand to anyone who travels back and fourth.

I bought 2 of these to replace my old tubular stands & couldn't be more satisfied. Very compact and fit easily in gig bag. Easy, 1 piece set up. Sturdy stand fits most any guitar, acoustic or electric.

This is one of the best stands I've seen out there. It's collapsible and fits into my case, and it's sturdy enough that I'm comfortable leaving the room with a guitar on it. Highly recommended.

I was afraid this wouldn't be a good stand because it's so inexpensive, but it's great. My favorite part about it is that it folds down to a very small size. I pack it up in the back of my amp and take it to every performance. It's also got soft padding so it won't mess up the finish on your guitar. Although it's made for acoustics, this stand is also good for electrics. Guitars will not fall off of this thing, unless you push them. It's quite sturdy. A very good bargain, and I highly recommend it.
