Okay wow. So when I bought my strat 6 years ago, I saw no use for my tremolo arm and put it away somewhere. A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to start using it, but I had to buy a new arm. This one. An authentic Fender tremolo arm. I soon found out that it was made of plastic, because it snapped at the threading while I was using it. Wow. Plastic. A tremolo arm, made from plastic. Fantastic. Took me a half hour to get the threading out of the tremolo block. You're better off finding a 3rd party replacement that's made from metal.
