I have used the same three ElectroVolt 6" cables for a good 3-4 years now. Never use a pedal board so I am always connecting and disconnecting these cables from my pedals. Never had a problem. No audible interference or distortions and no problems with craftsmanship.

so i have 2 of these & they are great. ive had them for 2 years and have had no problems with them. no buzzing or anything. probably gonna buy another while im on here. i highly recommend these to anyone whether they can afford monster cables or not. buy this one

While being a Gibson guitar guy, I always liked the reliability and longevity of the Fender cable. Recently, I thought maybe I was missing out on something and purchased the Monster cable. It's a great cord but I honestly don't hear any difference from the Fender. The only difference is that the Monster cable has "cord memory", you know like a garden hose that only wants to roll one way, but the Fender behaves a lot better in that respect. I'm going back to the Fender shown here....it's simply stuff that works.

I received a Fender Electro-Volt 18-Foot 1/4" Instrument Cable (Fender Item #0990318006) in a promo package that came free with an SWR bass cabinet. The Electro-Volt cable is decent enough for me to keep as a spare cable, and to sometimes use while casually playing music. Although it works fine, it's not the best-quality cable for transmitting a clean signal. In comparing the Electro-Volt with the other cables I use, Planet Waves beats this Fender model hands-down! If I ever lost my Electro-Volt cable, I would not buy a new one. I highly recommend the purchase of a Planet Waves PW-G-20 or PW-GRA-20 in lieu of this product.

I got a few of these and now have my entire pedalboard (7 pedals) wired with electovolt with no extra noise or problems. I've had them for a few months, and they work fine.
