fender bent

had the cable for about a year. never gigged with it. kept it at home. didn't have too many accidents (stepping and pulling on it) worked fine until today. though my guitar jack was messed up but the angled end of the cable broke inside the hard plastic shell.

i bent the metal part to the side and it was solid wax and plastic. so fixing it would be more trouble than it's worth.

it's cheap and it looks good.

but make sure to wrap it around your button if you use it.

This cable failed after 6 months of normal use. The connectors are molded so it cannot be repaired.

I purchased this cable from a local music store for 15 bucks. Take it home and it does not work. Tried other cables to make sure it wasnt the amp and they sounded fine. No signal at all. I am a fan of fender and own an american strat. But this is honestly a horrible product..

Normaly I love Fender product. I play bass and inmediately I pluged this cable, it improved my sound. However, I played outside my home like 3 times in the last 3 months and I take care of my things. This cable started to give me probles (I don't know why) and I saw that it didn't lasted too much. Is in the trash can right now. I owned cheaper cables that lasting more that this cable. I will buy a Monster cable now. Sorry Fender. Maybe next time.

The cable looks and sounds great it was exactly what I was looking for in a cable. however, IT LASTED THREE DAYS! I plugged it in between my fender deluxe reverb and my TS-808 one time and it sat their without being moved. my buddy and I were having a blues jam session the other day and the cable stopped working at the angled plug and its all sealed so you cant get in to fix it. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the durability of the cable.
