I don't really know what you can say about this thing. I put this on my Telecaster project guitar and it works perfectly and looks great. However since this is for the vintage 3 saddle design you may have intonation problems. I suggest compensated saddles. Either way, these look and function perfectly for what they're made to do. And the price is great.

With this you can't go wrong! U.S.A. made out of plate steel! This is the one if you’re restoring a vintage tele (without serial numbers of course)! I stamped my own number into the plate-to replace an old plate (destroyed in accident) so that my '51 no caster (not a reissue) would look mostly original and let time work its magic! This plate is 100% correct from the steel plate thickness, to the stamping, the tooled edge, and chroming! Now everyone who missed out on the fifties originals, or need a part for one, can get it!

Nice vintage-styled hardware! I've been using one bought a couple years ago on a custom-made tele. Its still shiny-the chrome is good. It looks nicer than the generic ones I've used on other projects. The fender patent number stamped on it adds a vintage look. The lip is low enough to not be a problem. A big plus is that the pickup location is correct.

I really can't imagine what could go wrong with this part. This is what I use on all my teles. I buy this very inexpensive plate here, then pick up reasonably-priced compensated brass saddles elsewhere. You can't go wrong. Unless you want an alternate pickup angle or a cut down lower lip, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this part.
