Even if you're a beginner, PLEASE save your money and get a higher quality strap. Nylon is just SO uncomfortable, and it digs into your neck, and leaves strap burn/rash. At least get the Fender monogrammed strap, with the leatherette padding. I started out with once of these and returned it the next day. I don't even consider nylon anymore. It's nothing but leather or cotton tweed for me!

This is an ok strap, true, its short and thin, but it does have that thin leather which beats all rough fabric. I actually tore off the running logo because its itchy, not great for long time playing.

I recieved this strap with the purchase of an EC Signiture Series Strat from the Custom Shop. I couldn't believe they would even consider putting such a low quality strap in the same case with this guitar. The Strat I love but this strap has to go! It measures a total of 48 inches. I'm only 5'8" and this strap isn't close to being long enough. Might be good for a child with a beginers guitar but I wouldn't think of hanging a $2000.00 Axe from it. What are those people at Fender thinking. P.S. I happened to be here shopping for a replacement strap when I came across this one and couldn't resist making a comment.

I bought this strap recently because I have a tele and it matched. This stap looks good, however, it is very thin. Also, the strap cannot get very low. I like to have my guitar low, and you can't get it low with this strap. Other than that it isn't that bad if your a short person.

This strap is nice looking. I ordered it because it matches my new black Tele perfect. However, I cannot use it. This strap is made for a very small person or child when fully extended. I am 5'10" and my guitar felt like it was on my neck when I put this on. I do not know what they were thinking when they made this "Shorty". I will have to shop for another one that is longer.
