i went to my local music store and saw this and figured i'd give it a try, so the store manager let me try it out and its amazing! it really does help with hand, finger, and a little upper arm strength. its a little more than the gripmaster but I recomend buying both.

I bought this item thinking it would work for me. I only got the thing to work one time. If the item would work more than once. I think it would work great for your wrists. I don't think I would buy this for anyone of my family.

i bought this about a year ago and its awesome, within seconds you feel it working all the way up your arm. it even works your upper(bicep/tricep)arm building dexterity. the gyroscope spins faster as you move your wrist faster so it will provide more resistance as you get stronger.i cant think of a better way to build strength and dexterity.its only down side is due to the fact that it does not help at increasing finger speed, due to the fact that you don't move your fingers. if your looking to improve you r dexterity or finger pressure its awesome.if you go to www.powerballs.com they have some great videos.

My sibling just got this for christmas, and it works great. I've really been using it on my right hand to get picking strenghth up, and its obviously working. I give it an 8 on features, because once you get it spinning, you have to keep progressing in speed, or it will stop. other than that, this thing is perfect! 10/10
