i use this bag for my traben bass. i've really grown to love the convenience and ease of transport with a gig bag, i don't think i'll ever use a hardshell again. sure, it doesn't offer the protection of a hardshell, but its not like you're gonna be throwing it around anyway. never had any problems with it, it has been in the back of suvs and trunks with other gear and protects my bass just fine(it even stays in tune). theres enough room in the pockets for cords, strap, even a couple small foot pedals. the shoulder straps are very comfortable, zippers are solid and sturdy. it also has that cool hook for hanging in a closet.

I owned the G&L Tribute 2500 Premium bass for 3 days which came with this bag.Unfortunately, I just could not warm up to the bass. I did however love the bag. It had just enough room for my "66 Fender Precision and I did use the bag to do a gig with the P bass. Well,I realized I "really love" the Precision and the G&L bass got returned with the bag. It had lots of padding,good storage room for my cord and tuner, a little velcro strap to hold the headstock in place, and a durable zipper that was just the right length. Now I need to buy JUST the bag.
