A very sound case

I've had one of these for about 9 months. It fits my La Patrie "Motif" (a 3/4 sized classical)perfectly. This is a very sound case, but not worthy of being checked as cargo on a flight. I would have no problem if this was dropped from a few feet, but I doubt it would stand up as checked baggage. Only flaw is that part of the stitching on the bottom of the case had come undone prior to me receiving it. It was about 3 stitches long, but it doesn't compromise the case.

I was looking for a hardshell case for my Baby Taylor 3/4 size guitar, since they only offer a gigbag. The Gator case arrived in only three days and looks great inside and out, and the price was very affordable. I was worried that a generic case would not fit, but the Gator case works very well. The baby Taylor is a little shorter than the inside case size but fits snugly in the upper bout. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This appears to be about the only hard shell case available for a 3/4 sized acoustic guitar. This fits my La Petrie like a glove.

The construction is excellent, and I would have no hesitation shipping this on a plane. I think it would fit into an overhead bin, but it would probably take up an entire compartment.

I will not baby this case because it's rugged. These very rarely leave my house, but when they do, I don't baby the cases and expect them to withstand airlines.

Final note: My wife thought it was cute because of its smaller size.
