The really odd thing is that when I tried to "dry fit it" in the rack, I noticed that even if it did fit, a conventional power cord would not be able to be intalled in the back of the mixer due to the case design without having to cut a hole in the back. You would need to purchase a right angle power cord if you are attempting to permently install your equipment.

I rated low on features just because of the open back design. There should be a removeable panel in the back to hide the view of all your wires and cables. As a mobile DJ, it's important to me to make the best presentation possible and I try to hide as many wires as I can so clients don't have to see a mess.

The box seems rugged enough and is pretty light for it's size. I like the cover but I'm sure that with the amount of hauling I do, it will get torn-up in about a year-or-so.
