I've gigged with the same bags for two years now. I dont use the shoulder strap to carry them. They will hold alot of weight, I split my hardware up between three bags and their still fairly heavy. Their very reasonably priced too compared to others, and their very durable. Just dont plan on carrying a lot of weight with the shoulder strap.

This bag holds all of the hardware for my "good sized" double bass kit, including hi-hat and 3 boom cymbal stands, 5 cymbal boom arms, a triple tom stand , and my floor tom legs! But be careful, this bag will easily hold more weight than you want to carry! If you're going to fill it to that extent, have a band mate handy to carry it in and out of the gig for you.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Used it for the first time and had the shoulder strap break the second I put it up over my shoulder! The swivels on the ends of the shoulder strap are made of extremely thin plastic. There is no way that these straps were tested by any means of quality control. I'm not sure the strap is strong enough to hold one or maybe two stands! Other than that, the other handles seem to be pretty solid and the material seems to be durable with a nice soft lining. It really needs to have a better shoulder strap though especially with the absence of wheels.

These bags look way better in the picture, and are the equivalent of a giant gym bag. I wanted something better than the Rockbag on wheels - these don't cut it.

This bag gave out on me the first night I used it. The shoulder strap uses PLASTIC clips to connect to the bag, I wish I had knew this before I purchased it. Needless to say, the strap broke while carrying only 3 cymbal stands and my hi-hat stand. My hi-hat stand ended up puncturing the bag also, even though I was extremely careful to keep the weight of the bag towards the pedal end. I probably shouldn't have put my hi-hat stand in this bag in the first place since I had feeling it was weak.

This bag would be good for carrying one piece of hardware, other than that beware.
