Took a chance and baught this stand. I am very happy with it, very heavy duty, silky smooth and light! Cant ask for more than that. The base swivels to accomodate double pedals! The 4.5 is for the key adjustment but its really no big deal. Buy this you will be happy you did!

Dont let the "medium weight" title fool you! This is built rock solid! The base swivels around to accomadate double kick pedals, Super smooth operation...Just another great product from Gibralter! I love there stuff and always will! Get this you will be happy!

I had bought a TD-12 with the hardware and everything and it came with this horrible stand! I tried screwing the screw and then it broke! Gibraltar has a good reputation for its overall superior hardware but the stand has alot to be fixed.
