Only strings I will EVER use

I play are Fender guitars, American Deluxe Strat's and Tele's. I've got a Kramer and a few odd Japan imports. A properly set up guitar should handle most string packages. Have a guitar tech set up your guitar properly to except these strings and you will be rewarded with long lasting strings. In the 6+ years I have been playing, and using these strings since day 1. I have YET to break string! A friend recommended these to me, I recommend them to you!

The strings are wonderful. They are .11's, so yes, they are harder to bend. They'll give your fingers a workout. Everyone's used to lighter gauges these days but originally all they made were .12's. Lighter gauges sacrifice tone for easy playing, but the guitar isn't supposed to be easy. These strings are NOT FOR A FENDER GUITAR. Why anyone would want to use these with a strat or a tele is beyond me. They'll sound great on your Les Paul or any other Gibson.

These strings sound great! I use the 11s on my Oscar Schmidt for playing slide... Very nice tone, warm and silky.

Ripped Guts

These guitar strings nearly ripped out my guitars guts!! They should be called vintage Mandingos. I got a fender strat and in the process of tuning these wonderful strings I nearly snapped my guitar in two pieces. So Buyer Beware. They produce a great tone, but are they worth it?
