Without a doubt, the best investment I've made for any guitar rig. I bought a 2006 American Telecaster back in September 2006 and played it for about a month before reading about Graph-Tech saddles. I had been a Les Paul worshipper since I bought my first one in 1980. Recently I got the itch for that retro Tele sound and the string bending that sounds so good on one (think Skynyrd, Springsteen, etc.) I replaced the saddles and string tree with Graph-Techs and I can literally feel the difference in the string stretching and falling right back into tune. Combined with locking tuners, I can go for weeks without having to use an electronic tuner. They say the best part is that you don't break strings. Never had any fear that it might happen with these saddles. Next I'm going to go for a Graph-Tech nut and that will complete the upgrades to everything that touches a string. I'm just a tad chicken to do that one myself, though.
