If you are looking for a carrying case for these stands, the Onstage LSB-6500 will house 2 Hercules stands and there's some space left over.

When they work like they are supposed to, they're great. Unfortunately they only work like they are supposed to for about 2 or three times. The first couple of times, no problem, and then about the third or fourth time of using it, they wouldn't go down. Something got stuck inside the mechanism and they only made it about three fourths of the way down. Interestingly, it happened with both stands that I have at exactly the same time. And I will say that I baby all of my equipment. I wasn't anywhere close to the weight limit, and I stored them in the boxes wrapped in plastic. Now I basically have to leave them partially extended, which, by the way, is huge.

That leads to problem number 2. When they are fully folded up, there is no case available that fits them. Your options are, build a case yourself, use the box they come in, or don't use anything. I went the box route, and let me tell you, the boxes don't last very long.

I emailed the company to ask if they know where I can find a case that fits it. A few weeks later I receieved a misspelled, terse, one line response that, when deciphered, said no case exists.

No warranty apparently also exists, as there is no mention of one on the Hercules website or any of the retailers websites.

Oh, I forgot to add... they are very expensive. Oh well, live and learn.

If you want the best lighting stand in the industry for mobile DJ's or a working band look no further. This is buy far the best built easy to raise and light stand I have ever used. Though they cost more you get what you pay for.

If you want the best light stand you can buy, BUY THIS STAND! I've had many others from different companies and this stand is the best quality, best looking and has the best features going. The crank makes it so simple and easy to raise your lights especially if you are a solo mobile DJ. You won't be sorry!
