I bought the Hering Harmonica Maintenance Kit with high expectations. Instead, I recieved a strange kit containing some tools which are strange to me and no instructions.

One lesson that I've learned from my experience with Hering is that customer service seems to be of no importance.

My advice is to buy the Lee Oskar Harmonica Tool Kit and Instruction Manual. It's not only lower priced, but includes instructions.

I purchased the Hering Harmonica Maintenance Kit with the idea that it would provide the tools which would streamline and simplify the process of tuning, repairing and maintaining my harmonicas.

Some of the items are unfamiliar to me. An folded piece of paper with an explaination of the tools and what their uses are would've been a nice start, especially considering the price.

Hering, from my experience, doesn't provide any real customer support either.

I wish that I either saved my money or invested on the Lee Oscar Harmonica Tool Kit and Instruction Manual.
