I have had this pickup installed in my Nylon String Guitar for more than 3 years and the sound I get from it is a very clean and natural sound. I use my gutar in concert settings all the time where I cannot trust other pickups with the sound quality of my guitar.

I DO NOT recomend this pickup. The sound is so muffled it is un-useable for recording. Even when used with a pre-amp and EQ it sounds like an old transitor radio. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this pickup. I have to crank my amp way up just to hear anything! Then the clear nylon strings are very muted, while the bass strings are OVERPOWERING and BOOMY! Even with a preamp and compressor, it's not worth the money or effort. For nylon strings, just mic it with a good mic.
