First let me say this is the best most well constructed strap I've ever owned in over 40 years of playing the workmanship is what you would expect on a custom made strap costing well over what they run here. Now for the downside if you happen to be well over 6' or have a longer frame this might not be your strap fully extended with a Les Paul the guitar hit me about mid ribcage making more than a little uncomfortable to play. I understand that Levy's make an extra long version of this strap for about an extra $10.00 it might be worth the extra cost because it's a great strap and for that I will go through extra trouble to get the thing dialed it.

I love the kokopelli guitar strap. I use it on my bass. unlike other straps I have used this strap distributes the wieght of my bass evenly. It also has padding which allows me to play longer without my shoulders getting sore. I would recomend this strap to anyone that plays a heavy instrument!
