this little contraption is a great idea, but it kills your tone, I bought a pack to save money rather than buy a cable with a right angled end and used one into the wah pedal on my board(as i had a separate wah pedal and a multi effects unit) and a straight cable to the multi effects. When I used just the wah with two straight cables the wah sounded great, when i used this adapter the wah did its job, but i had no tone whats so ever. I ended up going back to the Guitar Center store I bought them at and buying a right angled cable. If tone is important to you, just bite the bullet and buy a cable with a right angle end, you'll spend a few more bucks, but its worth it.

I use this item between two pedals, one is running into an effects loop and the other is running to the amp, fits perfectly and allowed me to keep my pedal board the way I wanted it rather than rearranging to fit a cable in.

These adapters are very high quality and are a must in my pedal board where I run 2 effects loops out of 1 board. I use them in the back of my Carvin stack for the speakers and effects loops. This allows me to get the stack closer to the wall in the compact place we have to rehears. Plus it's easier to organize your cables.

Well, Idk. I got it to allevate straight-straight cable stress from running it through my strap from a side-of-body jack. I found the jack part wiggles and causes buzz and cutouts when you pull on it. Maybe I just got a defect, because the diamond-y metal seems sturdy. Its not expensive, though.
