THis was the quietest cable I ever owned! I plugged it in and got nothing. The first one of these I bought was dead on arrival. I replaced it on warranty and so far so good. I'll update the review after I have used the cable for a while.

I usually take reviews with a grain of salt but should of listened this time. POS right out of the package ... didn't work from the start. Don't make the mistake and buy this item.

This cable has a rather interesting distinction. It's the only cable I have bought in 30 years, that failed to work the minute I plugged it in. Now that's saying something!! When I started playing in 1979, there were plenty of REALLY bad coil type cables for a begginer to buy out of ignorance. They never did what this one did. The signal dropped in and out without any static or pops. It just came in and out. I only bought it for when I practice my excersise routines alone. I didn't need a really great tone. That's why I bought this $20 cable. Don't waste your time buying this winner. I don't remember their stuff being so crappy.

I bought a shorter cable, 6 foot I think, about 4 years ago to use in my dorm room with my laptop/Line6 GearBox and for backyard party gigs at college.

It's been crushed countless times by chairs, folded in half, thrown across dorm rooms and backyards, and it has never broken or stopped working.

Don't know what is wrong with everyone's cable who wrote a negative review here, but I will probably be buying a 30 footer for larger-staged gigs even though I can afford the big-price-tagged cables now that school's out.

In the studio it's a different story I'm sure, but I've seen NO problems with my cable

These looked like another kind of cable, so I bought 2. One was screwed up from the start, was sent another one. Both work fine now, but they're not the quality of the other cables I've had with the blue ends. The cable is smaller than I expected. I recommend larger, more expensive cables, or build your own.
