Regal Conductor Stand

This double-shafted stand has a wide and extremely stable base. The desk (32" wide by 15 1\2" high) is capable of holding the larger scores. With its built-in accessory ledge and storage pocket (behind the desk), the "Regal" provides the optimum convenience and functionality for the conductor. The height of this conductors stand varies infinitely from 28 1/2" to 50 1/2" (lip to floor) with a maximum overall height of 63 1/2inches.

great stand for conductors

I have used this stand for over 5 years, and am very pleased with it. It is perfect for larger orchestral scores, without being too heavy or bulky.

I dropped quality 1/2 star because the legs seem to warp a bit over time, causing a bit of a wobble. This is only a minor bother--you can easily put your foot on the stand's feet and twist the top portion to realign the feet to the floor.

The Manhasset Regal was an exchange after returning another brand's conductor stand. This Manhasset stand has room for, and will hold, both teacher editions of Essential Elements 2000, my gradebook, my upper school band scores, a metronome, tuner, and a collection of pencils & markers. Plus it was nice to see that this item was made in the USA. Musician's Friend processed the exchange quickly.
