I've tried eveything there is: Savarez, La Bella, Augustine (Blue & Reds,) Pro Arte DiAddario, and nothing is as consistently pure as these Martins! From staying in tune, volume and clarity ...for me there's nothing else!

I have this acient classical guitar that was my moms that she got from somebody when she was like 15. Well it needed to strings, and the ones that were on it were completly dead and my bro had just restrung it a month before. So I went and bought these and they've sounded new for 6 months. I recommend these for everybody, the tones are awesome!

I play an old classical guitar from the 60's and I needed some new strings for a small-ish gig in town. I ordered these strings and cannot be more pleased. They make my old guitar sound terrific. They have the perfect tone for playing soft melodies as well as rocky blues. For the four dollars I paid, I could not ask for anything better. Highly recommended!
