The inside is even more spacious, with four pockets on each side (each can hold approx. 3 pairs of sticks). There is even a pocket running down the spine, but it can only hold one pair of sticks (not complaining though). There was also three skinny inside pockets on the right side of the bag, I'm guessing for thin mallets, as well as another accessory pocket (but it's not as large as the outside pocket).

I highly recommend this bag, it is definitely worth the price, I bought the urban camo one.
