Honestly, i love these things they are great for me because i just use them for recording and are usually stationary except for like twice a month where i take them to other practices. So far one cut out because it ripped off of my mixer, but that is ok because i had 9 left. I recommend these for people who want more stationary mics, not moving around alot.

Let me put it this way...

they will stop working... exspect it. screws will come out of the covers... they will short out... there will be dead cables after a few uses and in the end they will need to be replaced...

on the other hand they are very cheap and while they work don't color the signle that is going through them at all. at the price it is easy to replace them and in the end... they are worth the price.

It's like buying food a gas station. you know it is going to stink in the long run... but it's cheap and easy to get a lot of it and in the short run you'll be happy.

Buy these... then as you go slowly replace the broken ones with better cables...

You'll soon have better gear and be thankful you had a lot of cables, even if they weren't good cables, to start with.

DON'T BUY THESE CABLES. I bought these for a last minute recording gig and you get what you paid for. I tested all 10 of them and they worked. The first time I used them, 4 of them broke while I was taking them out the Mic input of my mixer. The rest died one at a time, during the next gig or rehersal. If you need alot of cable, buy cable in bulk, and and sodder the cables yourself

These cables originally came with a package we purchased. The first few weeks were okay, only having one cable die in the middle of a Karaoke gig. Like the idiot I am, I ordered two packages for back ups since we were coming up on multiple Karaoke gig's over and over. We are blowing through them like a flimsy kleenex!! I think we have 6 working now. We had a total of 24. Don't buy these.

I don't know why people keep complaining about these cords? Haters? haha.. I mean, I don't gig with them, but I have them in my home studio, where I do often step on them (though I try to keep that to a minimum). And you can definately tell theree cheap, but they work?? And they get the job done. And then, say ONE breaks.. You have TEN MORE.. Thats one good deal..
