This is a good case for the money

I build custom guitars. I purchased this case because my customer was on a budget after buying a guitar from me. I read the reviews which are mixed so I decided to try this case. I got the case on a Tuesday and flew 900 miles with it on Thursday. The case fit the guitar very well. The latches aren't great but they work good. The case and newly finished hand made guitar made the trip easily with no problems. Overall, a great case for the price!

It protects your guitar for a while, but you're kind of forced to protect the case protecting the guitar. Two of my latches fell off and I walk around holding it with two hands, fearing it'll burst.

If you care for your guitar...just spend a little more money and get a better quality case.

I had this case for a few months, bought it for my Epiphone SG400. About two weeks ago, the guitar fell on the ground (inside the case) and the headstock completely shattered. Other negatives include the case not being able to stand because its cheap, I can barely rest it on the ground because it will tip over, and finally the latches are exremely flimsy. I gave it the lowest rating because it proved to be pretty useless when put to the test.

Fits my Goth S.G. perfectly! Beats the heck out of the crummy gig bag Gibson gives with the Goth S.G.!I feel a lot better knowing my axe is in a nice solid hard shell case.

I have this case for my Gibson SG Special Faded, and this is a great case. I can not afford expensive gear, I have to budget when I can. I am in a blues rock band out of chester,ct, and this is definitely a tough roadworthy case. I would recommend it to anyone who gigs regularly.
