It's a mic stand. It's slightly better quality than the OnStage and Ultra stands you find everywhere. It's nothing special except that it's so cheap. It works fine. The clutch on the boom holds better than average for a cheap mic stand. It doesn't feel cheap. I'm going to buy a whole bunch more. Why not?

These stands are great for your home studio! there sturdy, adjustable, have a little weight on them... i love 'em! i currently use them for my overhead drum condensers and my guitar and vocal mic's... there a good deal and i would recommend these to anybody!

I have bought a couple of these in the past and I am still using them. The only problem I had was one of the stands was not glued to well and started to loosen and causing the boom to slide through... Oppps!!! All I had to do was glue it back (Gorilla Glue works great) and just like new. These stands last a long time and are very rugid, great for either in studio or live shows.

okay so this has the BEST value and i would buy it again given the chance. but the i find wrong with it is that it tends to turn even when its tight. its not that bad though. go for it

I won't lie. They are pretty cheap and not rock sturdy. I use both of them in a home studio type application. And, well they do their job. I would probably not use them in a live setting, I would recommend them though if you need some cheap stands.
