I bought two of these, one for an acoustic, one for an electric. It works very well for both purposes. The padding is nice, and the rubber strap that goes across the neck does a nice job of holding the guitar in place. i was surprised when i got it that the bottom "fork" that the guitar rests on swivels. i thought that that would be a problem, but it's no problem at all.

Blown away by the quality and functionality of this. Thought it was worth it for less than $8 to give this a try. Very happy I did. Just what I needed for my bass. This is a no-brainer. Absolutely no need to spend more. Comes disassembled but very ez to set-up.

I wasn't quite what to expect for such a low price but I needed a stand for around the house and this thing is surprisingly sturdy. I have an Ibanez Mikro bass (very small) and it works great. If you don't have a lot of money for a stand and just need something..this thing does the job well! You can't really lose for that price!

I play bass and I was really tired of just putting them both in the cases especially when I have an Epiphone Thunder bird and a custom Ninja turtle P-bass. I bought 2 of these and they are great especially for the price. My favorite part is the fact that the bottom arm pivots to allow my T-bird to fit on it comfortably. All in all great buy.

It is pretty good,the only problem is the knob in the back is very fragile and if it breaks the stand is pretty much done for.
