Epic stand, build like a tank. I have this and 2 CH-1000's with the stand that came with my kit. I have this baby holding my sabian hand hammered rock ride cymbal and it holds it in place with and unbreakable grip. The unilock tilter is fantastic, the sky is the limit with this stand, but with the 2000 series the universe is the limit, pearl has me sold on hardwear.

I got mine about a month ago and so far I love it. I have my 18 inch crash on it and it holds up great. I have used yamaha and tama but I have seen that you will never find anything better tha pearl for the price.

I bought one of these just a week ago, along with a CH-70 and my Eliminator Single Pedal, and I have to say Pearl lives up to its name. This stand has a really heavy base, and thick tubing. All the pipe joints and tilters are both aesthetically pleasing and have relentless grip. This stand works well with multiclamps, as I have an AX-38 holding 12" and 13" toms and the Ch-70 holding an 18" crash. The boom on the stand itself is holding a 14" crash, and so far, it hasn't moved an inch. I recommend this stand as long as you can afford it. I think this stand will never let me down. =)

This is by far one of the better stands I own, and I own many. The boom is quite long, perfect for shooting a china over a crowded rack. It also can become quite tall, about as tall as myself (6'4"). the only problem I've faced is the large base which can be solved by attaching it to a stand. Otherwise, its a superior stand backed by a superior drum manufacturer.

I just bought two of these amazing stands, and I am extremely satisfied with them. On one I have a 12" tom, 10" Splash, and 16" Crash. On the other I have a 13" tom and 18" Crash. Neither have moved during playing. These are the best stands! (besides the B-2000's)
