I have a dbl bass Visions kit. I broke one of the bass drum spurs via stupidity on my part. when jen-weld didn't fix it, I began looking for a replacement. Enter the SP30's-because they are the only Pearl spurs available for purchase. I bought 2 pair because I wanted my kit to match. The SP30's are of a way beefier design than the stock spurs on Visions kicks. I like them, but they were kinda expensive, and the mounting screws that they came with weren't long enough, so I had to use the screws from the old spurs. Incidentally, these spurs are reversible...for example, if you buy a pair and get two left sides, no worries.

Just got these to up-grade my double kick set. Their built like a Mac truck!! Easy to install, and fit and finish is second to none. I like the quick-change rubber to spur foot, adjustability, and rigidity they offer. These are truely rock solid components, and worth every penny!

These units are beefy. The rubber mounts pull out, twist and let go, poof. You have BIG carpet spikes. Use these and your bass drums are going nowhere!
