Not Bad

These picks have their ups and downs. They look great. I mean, anything with my favorite liquor stamped on it is sweet, no doubt. They seem like the gauge is a little smaller than most. I got mediums and they feel like somewhere between a thin and medium pick to me. Also, they are slick as snot. This is both good and bad. It's easy as pie to gallop pick, speed pick, strum, etc. They never get "stuck" on the strings. But they're hard to hold on to and to keep in the same position in my hand. Not really a problem at some times, and others it really matters. Because of this, I would say if you're planning on just chilling out at home and playing or just jamming with some friends, they're fine. But if you plan on playing an hour long set and getting soaked in sweat, I may suggest that you pass. Or at least get some Gorilla Snot.

I can't complain about the gauge, that could be remedied by getting a thicker pick. The slickness is both helpful and hindering so it kind of cancels out. Overall, yeah they're pretty good. They're worth the money. I'd just advise that you grip them good and tight.

A Classic

So you think that a pick is a pick eh? Oh on the contrary dear friends. This pick is the coolest. First of all, how can one go wrong with the classic “Old #7” emblazoned on one side and “Peavey” on the other. O.K. graphics aside, this pick is actually the correct thickness and properly put together for pickin’ on those great southern classics (but its also good for those newer tunes as well). There is just something about the feel of this pick that one must experience for one’s own self. True, when in a bind for a pick, one might be stuck with damn near anything; but if you want a pick that just feels good in your hands, well sir, this plectrum is the one.

wow, i left a review for the thin ones i ordered, which sucked by the way, the logo's came off in a day, and they were way too flimsy and way thinner than normal thin picks, but the medium ones! they are way better, the logo hasnt even started to come off, the picks work great, they are very durable, and has a way cooler design than the thin ones
